I pray this message reaches you in good health.
We will be having the ISCP Executive Counsel annual elections soon. Please note the following information regarding it:
-The election will be held after Isha (8pm) Saturday February 14 at ISCP Masjid
-To vote you must register as a member before January 31st
-To register as a member, to you need to fill out the attached form and give it to the Secretary (me) along with the membership dues
-To nominate a person for an Executive Counsel position you must send your nomination to the Election Committee before February 7th. Only members can nominate and be nominated
-We are in the process of selecting the election committee. We will notify you once they are chosen so that you can send them your nominations
-The following positions in the Executive Counsel are available for nominations 1)President 2) Vice President 3)Activity Coordinator 4)Secretary 5)Treasurer
